As compact and manageable as a Roadster but with the comfort and and protection of a Tourer, the V100 Mandello is powerful, comfortable and fitted out with the very latest technology. It is the first motorcycle in the world to incorporate active aerodynamics and is also the first Moto Guzzi with semi-active suspension, inertial platform, ABS cornering and Quick Shift. A unique bike that honours a century of tradition while continuing to look to the future.
The first Moto Guzzi powered by the new compact block engine, it respects the transverse 90° V -twin cylinder architecture, with a more compact and lightweight 1042-cc motor, 103 mm shorter than the V85 TT small block. Features include liquid cooling, wet sump lubrication and a wet clutch with hydrayaulic command.
The V100 Mandello is the world’s first motorbike to adopt an active aerodynamic system which automatically regulates the position of the deflectors on the sides of the 17.5-litre fuel tank in line with the speed and selected Riding Mode tp deliver greater comfort and protection from the air, as per a genuine sport-tourer.
Among the many standout features are the 5-inch colour TFT instrument panel and full-LED lighting package with DRL and “bending lights” that improve visibility around bends.
The V100 Mandello is the incarnation of over a century of technology innovation, including Ride by Wire electronic throttle with 4 different riding modes, 6-axis intertial platform, cruise control and ABS cornering for optimal braking, including on bends. On top of all this, it offers precision handling and fuel consumption management.
